After completing your order, delivery typically takes 0-2 hours. However, please note delivery may take up to 24 hours during busy periods

Delivery is done through Grow a Garden's online gifting system. This means that we will arrange delivery through a private server where one of our team will gift you the order in game.

To claim your order, please join our Discord and create a ticket. Once done, a member of our team will be in contact shortly.

If you are having issues with your order, please fill out the contact form on our website and our team will be in touch via email as soon as possible.
Should you wish to cancel or amend an order before delivery, please contact our team and we will do our best to help. This can be via the contact form or in the Discord ticket when claiming your order.
